Business days INCLUDE Monday-Friday and exclude Weekends, Public Holidays, and Out-Of-Office Dates.


 Orders will NOT ship out on non-business days, nor are these days calculated as days in your shipping window. Business will resume the next Business Day.


Shipping times are estimates and approximates only. We try our best to stick to our usual turn-around times, however unprecedented delays may occur. In the case of a significant delay, we will be sure to contact you as far in advance as possible. 


Please do not inquire about your order status if you are still within your shipping window. If you are curious about your Order Status, please follow the chart below. We do NOT offer refunds for failure to review our Shipping and Tracking policy prior to purchasing. We purchase all specs immediately after all orders are placed, therefore refunds cannot be issued.



The FIRST Business Day after you purchase = Day 1 of your Order Status.

  • Overseas Shipping from Vendor (OVERSEAS) to RH (USA)

Shipping Rates

Exact shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Automated Shipping Confirmation emails send the day your package processes and ships out via Shipping Carrier. (See Shipping Window Chart below) These emails will include your Tracking # and Tracking link. Please allow 24-48 hours for Tracking to update. If you have not received your automated Shipping Confirmation email, the shipping carrier most likely has not processed your package in its system yet. This can occur when shipping carriers are extremely busy, or there are an influx of packages. (ex. Holidays)


*For further information on your package, please contact the Shipping Carrier.  For any information regarding tracking, please refer back to your Tracking # and Link located in your Shipping Confirmation email. 

International Shipping Policy

We do ship outside of the U.S. International Shipping. International Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout, and turnaround times are the same of our Domestic Shipping Policy.
